Responsibilities:
- Average caseload - 16
- CP transfer point is at first hearing
- Completing s47 investigations, Completing Children and Families Assessments and Care Planning
- Completing Court documents
- Attending Court
- Undertaking statutory visits to Children & Young People
- Attending / chairing multi agency meetings
- Responding to child protection concerns /risks using multi agency safeguarding procedures.
To be considered for the Social Worker role:
- 1-3+ years experience of working within a similar social work setting
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Experience of completing s47 investigations, assessments and court work
- Evidence of working with a complex caseload
